FAQ's
We suggest scheduling 2-3 weeks in advance. This allows us to coordinate the availability of our subcontracted vendors and ensure a smooth production process.
The size of our film crew can vary based on the specific requirements and scale of the project.
For smaller projects, such as a simple interview with minimal B-roll, a single videographer may be deployed to manage the production.
Ideally, we recommend a crew of 2-3 individuals to ensure the highest visual quality and message clarity within your video. This crew typically includes a producer/director and a camera operator.
For larger-scale projects, we may recommend adjusting the crew size to include additional personnel such as an extra camera operator, members of the lighting department, an audio recording artist, or a drone operator, depending on the project's specific needs.
Our goal is to tailor the film crew to suit the unique requirements of each project, ensuring that we can deliver high-quality video content that meets and exceeds our clients' expectations.
Glad you asked! It typically takes between 30 minutes to 1 hour to set up a simple lighting arrangement for an interview. For more complex lighting setups, the time required may be longer. We recommend that both the crew and the client arrive 1 and a half hours before the scheduled start time to allow ample time for setup and preparation. This ensures that the filming process can begin smoothly and on time.
The time required to complete a video can vary based on factors such as the video's length, the complexity of the edit, the inclusion of motion graphics, and the number of revisions. Typically, the video creation process takes 1 to 2 months from start to finish.

2 / What does the video production process involve?
The video production process typically involves three main stages: pre-production, production, and post-production.
Pre-Production: This initial stage involves detailed planning and preparation for the video project. It often begins with a kickoff meeting to discuss project goals, target audience, key messages, and distribution platforms. Collaboration with the client or their marketing team is essential to develop an outline or script. Additionally, confirming budgets, dates, and crew availability is crucial during this phase.
Production: This stage involves the actual filming process, where a professional crew captures interviews and b-roll footage. Filming can occur at the client's premises or at alternative locations, depending on the project's specific requirements and messaging.
Post-Production: Following the completion of filming, the focus shifts to the editing process. This involves manipulating the footage and assembling it into a cohesive story using techniques such as music integration, motion graphics, color grading, and sound design. Throughout this phase, clients typically have the opportunity to review the edited material and provide feedback for revisions, ultimately leading to the creation of a final cut.
Each project is unique, and the scope of work for these stages can vary based on the client's specific needs. Whether it's a full-scale production involving all three stages or just a single phase, our team is committed to delivering high-quality video content that aligns with our clients' vision and objectives.

5 / How much does video production cost?
The cost of video production is influenced by several factors, including the number of filming days, locations, and videos, as well as the style and length of the video. Additionally, the choice of equipment and size of the crew are significant variables. We tailor our proposal to suit the specific requirements of your project.
